Morocco's Mediterranean Coast

The weather in the coastal regions of Morocco is good virtually all year round – very similar to the Costa del Sol. Average temperature in summer is 35ºC and in winter 22ºC.

Mediterrania Saïdia
Located along a stretch of unspoilt beach bordering Spain's north African
enclave of Melilla, the front-line beach and golf resort of Mediterrania
Saidia consists of apartments and villas, as well as eight luxury hotels,
a commercial centre with shops, restaurants and cinemas, an equestrian
centre, thalassothermic spa facility, aqua park, gym and sports centres.
Three 18-hole golf courses in the central area of Mediterrania Saïdia,

Some 60km from Melilla, Oujda and Nador airports, Saidia is renowned for its beautiful, clean, sandy beaches and crystal-clear water. Saïdia itself is a pleasant resort town with a 17th century fortress and a 19th century kasbah that makes a great base for excursions.
The area is ideal for all types of watersports, with a lovely bay providing a safe place for sailing. Every August, the 'Music and Popular Arts Festival' attracts thousands of visitors to the town. The area is surrounded by a natural bird preserve of marsh and woodland.
